- Over a two dozen animal deaths
- unsafe housing conditions for the animals
- all claims of animals injury and death are related to unfit housing and feeding of them
- these incidents did not take place on camera
- including sheep with broken legs, chickens mauled by dogs and a house drowning
- they tried to hide the injuries e.g. horses rope burn with makeup
- animals were left unprotected e.g. dogs attacked chickens
